Mission Statement:
"The Mission of the Town of Youngtown Clerk's Office is to record, maintain and preserve records of all Town business; to provide accurate information in a timely manner to both staff and to the public; to provide for the fair issuance and enforcement of business licensing; and to conduct impartial Town elections."
Responsibilities
The Town Clerk's Office provides a variety of information, services and support to Town staff, elected officials and the public at large. In addition to keeping records for the Town, the Clerk's Office is responsible for:
