Town of Youngtown Community Development Notice of Request for Proposals to Develop a Mixed-Use Development.   Link to document.

 
The Town of Youngtown (the “Town”) is requesting sealed proposals from qualified firms or individuals for the design, development, and management of a Mixed-use Development on a 1-acre parcel owned by the Town (the “Property”). The Property is located within the Grand Avenue District as depicted in Exhibit A and more specifically illustrated in Exhibit B.  The Property is located at the western end of W. Wisconsin Avenue. Although development of the full one (1) acre parcel is not necessary, the Town will consider a phased development, however; grading criteria will be reflected higher on usage of the entire parcel(s).

 

The Town intends to enter into an agreement with the most qualified team that demonstrates knowledge, experience, organization and financial ability to implement a progressive, innovative, mixed-use entertainment development in a timely manner that serves the best interests of the Town. 

A pre-proposal conference will be held at 1:00 p.m. mountain standard time on July 29, 2021 will be held at the Town Hall Conference.

Proposals are to be addressed and delivered by mail on or before 4:00 P.M., M.S.T., September 10, 2021, at which time a representative of the Town Clerk’s office will announce publicly the names of those firms or individuals submitting proposals.  No other public disclosure will be made until after the award of the contract.
