Boards, Commissions and Committees


Youngtown's Boards, Commissions and Committee 
members are civic minded citizens who advise the Town Council and Town Manager on issues pertaining to their board, commission or committee (BCC). BCC members are the perfect example of why Youngtown is the best town in the West Valley.

To be appointed, please submit an application. You will then be invited to participate in a Meet and Greet with the Town Manager. The Town Manager will make recommendations for appointment to the Town Council.

Eligibility

1. Eighteen years old or older.
2. Citizen of the United States.
3. Resident of Arizona.
4. Registered with the Selective Service if required by the Federal Military Selective Service Act.
5. Able to speak, write and read in English.

Term

Residents will be appointed to serve three-year terms. Residents may serve on only one BCC at a time.
