Youngtown—a Trip to the Good Life

Incepted in 1954 and incorporated in 1960, Youngtown was the original retirement community in Arizona.

Since relinquishing its age restriction, 1n 1998, Youngtown’s demographics have quickly evolved making Youngtown a true microcosm of the Greater Phoenix Region.

Nestled between Grand Avenue on the north and Olive Avenue on the south, Youngtown is well located amongst the many excellent amenities of the West Valley and is little more than half-an-hour from downtown Phoenix.

Close proximity to the 101 and 303 freeways assures easy access to world class sporting events, entertainment, restaurants, shopping and recreation.

Youngtown’s compact size makes it a great community for walking and bicycling with plenty of open spaces in its parks.

Debt free, Youngtown retains a healthy and growing rainy-day fund and boasts recently modernized and well maintained infrastructure. It is one of the safest communities in the Valley and offers an excellent environment in which to raise a family, relax in retirement or just to pursue life in quiet enjoyment.

Consider locating your small or medium sized business in Youngtown and we’ll provide plenty of access to business friendly resources coupled with streamlined and accelerated governmental processes.

Come Visit our well stocked public library, our unique cactus garden or the Youngtown Historical building and enjoy a quiet trip to the good life in a well-run small town—Youngtown, Arizona.
