  • 2014 Youngtown Amendments

For purposes of redevelopment, the existing Building Code is currently being adopted along with an expanded Redevelopment Plan in order to simplify the reconstruction of our valuable older commercial facilities.

All contractors and sub-contractors operating in Youngtown must hold a valid license with the Registrar of Contractors for the State of Arizona, and an Arizona Joint Tax Application from the Department of Revenue.  In addition, they are required to have a Town of Youngtown Business License in order to perform work within the Town's limits.
