Town Clerk
The Town Clerk arranges elections, mandated legal and public notices and Town Council agendas and minutes. Their role includes many of the Town’s interactions with other levels of government, such as Maricopa County Elections, Arizona Secretary of State, and the U.S. Census Bureau.

The Clerk's Office maintains the public records of the Town and documentation is critical to most of the functions of the Clerk’s Office.  From the Town Code, which provides the regulations and operating procedures of the Town, to business licenses and special event permits, this office provides the documents! 

The Clerk is also mandated by Resolution 06-04 to post all Public Notices at certain locations throughout the Town.
